New Era for Spine Care in Bromley as Hicks Heath Adds IDD Therapy Spinal Decompression

Hicks Heath Clinic in Bromley has recently welcomed a new addition to its range of treatments: IDD Therapy spinal decompression. The clinic has installed an advanced Accu-SPINA machine, giving patients access to one of the most trusted non-surgical options for persistent spinal problems.

Clinic owner Mr Oliver Hicks and his team are passionate about helping people living with back pain, neck pain, and sciatica. With the arrival of IDD Therapy, they are able to offer an effective approach for individuals whose symptoms have not improved with other treatments.

Photos from the installation of the Accu-SPINA system and staff training highlight an exciting step forward for Hicks Heath Clinic, as they continue to grow their services and invest in patient care.

IDD Therapy works by gently decompressing targeted areas of the spine, relieving pressure and encouraging natural healing. Recognised as the leading non-invasive spinal decompression treatment, it provides a valuable alternative for those seeking to avoid injections or surgery.

If you would like to find out more about IDD Therapy and how it may help with unresolved spinal pain, please visit www.hickshealth.com or get in touch with the clinic team for further details.

A great clinic sign and a lesson for clinic owners about visibility and freshness!

I was in Brisbane last week at the end of a holiday, I HAD to take a picture of this clinic sign.

The classic Ozzie greeting. I also liked the welcome note. I didn’t go inside but shout out to the clinic!

A couple of takeaways and thoughts …

The clinic was set back a little, without the sign I might have missed it.

How is your signage, can people see you?

Next thought about signage. Why do shops change their window dressing and signage?

Keeps things fresh. So if you have some signage and it has been there for years, why not change it?

This leads in to a broader question about visibility and engagement.

What about your website? Generally we make a website, collapse when it’s “finished” and then never look at it for ages (note to self!!!).

Can your home page have something new on it from time time? Latest article, recent testimonials, photo gallery, upcoming events in the calendar.

Generally as reluctant business owners, clinic owners are on the reactive side of business management because they prefer treating patients and/or they get in a comfort zone and/or they are simply exhausted.

A busy week, the last thing you want to do is proactively work on the business.

I was asked by my colleague this week which part of my job I like the most. Without question it’s meeting clinic owners and evaluating how to integrate IDD Therapy in to their business.

I hate doing mundane tasks. But often the mundane and repetitive tasks are the most important ones that drive the Pounds, Dollars and Euros …

If you don’t like branding or marketing, can you pay someone else to do it for you so you focus on your strengths?

Ask the signage people to create a design for you. Find a writer to produce content for you, look on upwork for writers. Need an online booking platform, ask the company for contacts who can help you set it up.

We do too much ourselves. There is a chicken and egg situation, it seems or IS cheaper and quicker to do it ourselves in the short term. But that is the business trap that prevents us from scaling, or getting time to breathe and take time off.

Freshen things up, stay fresh, create some energy and create some growth and fun otherwise negative people and politics will suck the life out of you.

I hope that’s food for thought. G’day, or should that be G’bye …

Abouts Us – At Steadfast Clinics we help clinic owners expand their conservative spine service, enabling them to do more for patients seeking to avoid injections and surgery and in turn growing their practices. To learn more and get a prospectus click here.
